The project

Understand, observe,
reveal

For Federate Group, I made a film showcasing the creation of a gold token, a strong symbol of distinction and quality. Designed as a deep dive into artisan craftsmanship, the film follows every stage of production: melting the precious metal, working the raw material, shaping by hand, engraving and final polishing.

The shoot took place in a workshop, an authentic setting where every gesture, every tool and every glint of light plays a part in the story. The camera deliberately lingers on textures, the contrast between fire and metal, and the craftsman’s expert hands. The understated, refined visual approach highlights the elegance of the process while showcasing the technical precision needed to create a rare object.

The staging is almost ceremonial: slow, controlled, focused on the essentials. The film was designed to reflect Federate Group’s values: excellence, rarity, authenticity and attention to detail.
